RETURN POLICY
Items are sold AS-DESCRIBED. It cannot be returned unless it arrives in a condition different from how it was described or photographed.
All instruments purchased online in the US come with a 48-hour approval period. All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer on all musical instrument orders.
Please note the 48-hour approval period is only applicable to all musical instruments purchased via our website www.vintagebassvault.com and shipped to the US, and it is not applicable to purchases shipped internationally.
A restocking fee of 3.5% is applied when issuing refunds. When we confirm your return authorization, we will communicate any restocking fees that apply to your order and will confirm the refund amount owed to you, minus any restocking fees.
If upon inspection, an instrument is not returned in the same condition in which it was sent to you, additional fees may be deducted from the refund issued.

ADJUSTMENTS
All instruments sold are inspected for originality, working condition and playability to the best of our abilities.
They are setup with medium action and even played on a few gigs to make sure everything is in top working order.
After being sold each instrument is packed securely and has its strings loosened for shipping to alleviate the tension during shipping.
During shipping an instrument may encounter changes in temperature and humidity and it can cause the instrument to need adjustments.
Adjusting the neck and bridge may be also be needed to lower or heighten to your particular preference.
We do not give refunds for any costs associated with setups or adjustments made to the guitar.
